    Kasabian were formed in Leicester in 1997 and currently consists of Tom Meighan, Ian Matthews, Chris Edwards and Sergio Pizzorno. Originally known as Saracuse they changed their name when they were signed by their record company.
    Kasabian actually came from Linda Kasabian (a member of "The Manson Family").

    Their first album "Kasabian" wasn’t actually released until 2004 and so far have 4 studio albums under their belts and are currently recording their 5th album, expected for release in 2014.

    Kasabian have gone from strength to strength, with albums sales in the millions, critical and fan praise and noted to be one of the best UK live bands on the circuit today.
